About Me

Since a young age, I have had an enduring interest in psychology, therapy, and mental health. Growing up, I struggled with anxiety and depression and I have spent the majority of my life working to become a therapist to give back to my community. In my free time I can usually be found walking my dog through the neighborhoods or trying out new baking recipes in my kitchen.

From a young age, I have had an enduring interest in psychology, therapy, and mental health. Growing up, I struggled with anxiety and depression and I have spent the majority of my life working to become a therapist to give back to my community. My goal is to help individuals  and couples in identifying their own personal values and develop a sense of meaning in their lives. In my free time I can usually be found walking my dog through the neighborhoods or trying out new baking recipes in my kitchen.

Do you find yourself struggling in your relationship? Perhaps seeking to develop a stronger and healthier connection with your partner(s)? Maybe even just curious about how couple’s counseling can benefit your relationship? Counseling may be just what you need to help you grow together. As a relationship counselor, my interest in relationship therapy lies in helping clients to build new and healthier styles of communication, discuss and defeat harmful relationship patterns, and to realign relationships that may have gotten off track. I have a strong interest in non-monogamous, polyamorous, and non-traditional relationships of all kinds and our practice specializes in serving the LGBTQ+ community.
