Insurance we accept

• Oregon Health Plan— PacificSource Community Solutions, Open Card, Trillium, CareOregon

• Private Insurance: At this time, pre-licensed clinicians are unable to bill private health insurance for services rendered. We are happy to provide superbills if you would like to independently file claims with your insurance company. Full Spectrum Therapy is unable to verify your benefits for these out-of-network claims and all fees are due at time of service.

• Additional accepted plans will be added as we grow.

Out-of-network (OON): If your clinician not in your insurance network, the full fee is to be paid privately.

Superbills: Clients paying out-of-pocket on the day of service may submit super bills to their insurance companies for possible out-of-network benefits. Superbills are available by emailing billing@fullspectrumpdx.com. Clients are responsible for filing with your insurance for possible reimbursement. If you have questions regarding your coverage, it is recommended that you contact your insurer directly.

Sliding Scale: All of our counselors offer a limited number of reduced rates based on income. Sliding scale rates are self-assigned by clients and are designed to make therapy accessible while also ensuring our practice can operate.

Clients are advised to call and verify your mental health coverage prior to your first appointment.
