Insurance and Oregon Health Plan coverage

Full Spectrum Therapy accepts the following insurance plans. We offer in-person care in Portland and telehealth throughout Oregon.

• CareOregon (OHP): We accept CareOregon coverage, including the OHP plans listed below.

• Columbia Pacific CCO (OHP): Serving Clatsop, Columbia, and Tillamook counties, including Astoria, Seaside, St. Helens, Scappoose, Tillamook, and Rockaway Beach.

• Health Share of Oregon (OHP): Serving Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas counties, including Portland, Gresham, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard, Oregon City, and Lake Oswego.

• Jackson Care Connect (OHP): Serving Jackson County, including Medford, Ashland, Central Point, Eagle Point, and Jacksonville.

• Moda: We accept Moda insurance plans.

• Open Card (Oregon Medicaid): We accept Oregon Health Plan Open Card coverage.

• Oregon Health Plan (OHP): We accept OHP Open Card and the coordinated care organizations listed on this page.

• PacificSource commercial and Marketplace plans: We accept PacificSource commercial and Marketplace coverage.

• PacificSource Community Solutions CCO (OHP): Serving Crook, Deschutes, Hood River, Jefferson, Marion, Polk, and Wasco counties, plus part of Klamath County. Communities include Bend, Redmond, Prineville, Madras, Hood River, The Dalles, Salem, Keizer, Dallas, and Monmouth.

• Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield: We accept Regence coverage.

• Secondary OHP: We accept OHP Open Card as secondary coverage for clients who also have commercial insurance.

• TRICARE, TriWest, and Community Care Network (CCN): We accept these military and veteran health coverage options.

• Trillium Community Health Plan (OHP): Serving Clackamas, Multnomah, Washington, and Lane counties, plus parts of Linn and Douglas counties. Communities include Portland, Gresham, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Oregon City, Eugene, Springfield, and Cottage Grove.

• Yamhill Community Care (YCCO/OHP): Serving Yamhill County, including McMinnville, Newberg, Dundee, Carlton, Lafayette, Sheridan, and Willamina, as well as parts of Polk and Washington counties.

Confirm your coverage

Insurance benefits, provider networks, and out-of-pocket costs can vary by plan. Before scheduling, please contact your insurance company using the number on your insurance card and ask:

• Is Full Spectrum Therapy in-network with my specific plan? Is my therapist considered in-network?

• Are the mental health services I’m seeking covered, including telehealth if applicable?

• Do I need a referral or prior authorization?

• Will I have a copay, coinsurance, or deductible?

Out-of-network (OON): If your clinician is not in your insurance network, the full fee is to be paid privately.

Superbills: Clients paying out-of-pocket on the day of service may submit super bills to their insurance companies for possible out-of-network benefits. Superbills are available by emailing billing@fullspectrumpdx.com. Clients are responsible for filing with your insurance for possible reimbursement. If you have questions regarding your coverage, it is recommended that you contact your insurer directly.

Sliding Scale: All of our counselors offer a limited number of reduced rates based on income. Sliding scale rates are self-assigned by clients and are designed to make therapy accessible while also ensuring our practice can operate.

Clients are advised to call and verify your mental health coverage prior to your first appointment.
