Hello, my name is Leilany, and I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in Pennsylvania and a Clinical Social Work Associate (CSWA# A17737) in Oregon, with a Master of Social Service from Bryn Mawr College. For over 15 years, I have supported children, adolescents, adults, and families across community, clinical, and social service settings.
My practice is rooted in a person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approach. I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where your lived experiences guide the work, and my goal is to help you feel grounded, empowered, and understood. I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), grounding techniques, values-based exploration, and trauma-focused modalities to ensure treatment feels both meaningful and sustainable. I believe clients are the experts of their own stories, and I work alongside you to shape a path that honors your needs and strengths.
I have extensive experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, family conflict, and the emotional impact of systemic and cultural stressors. I am especially passionate about helping clients explore how experiences such as racism, migration, cultural expectations, and intergenerational patterns influence mental health and identity. I also welcome conversations around gender, sexuality, relationships, and the complexities of living at the intersection of multiple identities.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with family and finding small moments of joy and grounding in everyday life.
In Oregon I am supervised by Sara Dryden, LCSW (License# L6150) .
